A Fortune 100 company, the largest global wholesale provider of computer products, had a need for measuring e-channel usage, user behavior, site performance, basket analysis, and customer feedback to obtain a near 360-degree view of its customers.
Solution
Delivered an end-to-end solution integrating multiple customer touch points - click stream data from web sites, sales from ERP systems, customer service centers, and internal infrastructure (network, servers etc.) data. Solution comprised a web enabled business intelligence data warehouse of about 500 GB in size, integrated meta data and ETL processes, analytical and reporting functionality with robust security.
